Is The Big Refresh in person or online?

The Big Refresh is on the world wide web (online), but we hold regular (optional) mega fun in-person events for members to tickle your social fancy.

Whether it’s lunch, informal drinks, one-off seminars or topic-specific workshops – you’re always assured to leave with your head a little clearer and your cup a little more full.

How do I know this is for me?
