The Big Refresh is an 8 week intensive coaching program to help you get your juice back and achieve awesome things in your work and life.

Built on a foundation of powerful research from institutions such as Harvard and Melbourne University, The Big Refresh is evidence-based and highly structured – while still being fun, authentic and inspiring.

By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll be feeling awesome, stacking wins and performing better than you can imagine…while being less stressed and having more fun.
